In the last 3-4 weeks I lost EIGHT KILOS, comin down from a healthy 78-79 kg to a measly 71-72 kg. Worst is, I'm still ill, so I expect to lose another 2-3 kg, not very healthy for a guy that's 1.83 m

Wikipedia seems to suggest it was a "is an inactive stratovolcano in north-eastern Tanzania."

Well played team.

Rapid weight loss, especially due to illness, is mainly fluids and means a drastic reduction in important electrolytes; sodium, potassium magnesium and manganese, which may lead to other adverse health effects.
Hope you feel better soon!
