Being sick.

Sign in to disble this ad
Sucks ass.

Nausea, vomiting, splitting headache. Cough.

If I wasn't nauseated in the first place, this splitting headache would be enough to make me nauseated.

THe worst part about being sick is that I miss school and then I have tons of work to make up. I'm sure someone can relate??

Yuck.

Nausea, heartburn, indigestion, upset stomach, diarrhea!

But seriously, once I hit high school missing class was really no longer an option. Now that I'm in my major's classes for college missing a day can easily set me back a week. The best thing you can do is email your teachers and ask them for some help. Many previous teachers I've had will go out of their way to help a sick student so long as you ask, are nice about it, and have a doctor's note

being sick sux. different people handle the constant deluge of germs we face in the world differently.

i don't mean to cause drama and stress. but...
is this sickness much worse than typical for you?
you have a headache that is nauseating, does it hurt (a lot) if you bend you head down and touch your chin to your chest?

I have been sick all week as well, but I have been sucking it up and going to class anyway. I just don't want to fall behind.

Its been a while since Ive gotten sick. Usually I'll get a little cold once or twice a year, especially in the winter, but I didnt get one at all this past year. Im probably overdue.

Think of it as being an immune system tune-up in time for the winter flue season.
