The mid-70s animated Christmas Carol- IIRC the art was taken from some very old Dutch woodprints.

Emmit Otter's Jug Band Christmas
Lights: The Miracle of Chanukah (animated- I'm not Jewish, but I still grew up watching this a bunch at Christmas time).

That looks cool- any more specifics on which version it is? There's another animated one from (I believe) the 70s that I grew up on, but it's not this one.

I'd have to say my favorites are Christmas Vacation and the first Santa Clause. Just watched the first Home Alone again yesterday for the first time in years. Good stuff.

Sure- it's a fun one. Also, the original Black Christmas is a fantastic holiday horror flick (the remake was awful though).

Bryan, the version w/that scene was done by Chuck Jones- I have a VHS of it; think I'll search for a DVD. It really has some eerie visuals. IIRC Alistair Sim voiced Scrooge.

Thanks. I went to YouTube to see if there was a preview clip anyone has made, and someone's actually uploaded the entire movie there.
