That's just wrong on so many levels.

But at least he can go to prison with that swanky Klingon-forehead tattoo. The Worf look... so hot right now.

Everyone here really needs to work on using better thread titles! This is the third time that I have opened what I thought would be my long-awaited appreciation thread, only to find that it has nothing to do with me at all. I'm very disappointed!

Well she was dead anyway. Nothing in story said they mistreated her or even the corpse. They may have had some sort of ceremony for themselves at least. They were dicks for not inviting the rest of the family, and it's sort of a faux pas to cremate your mother by yourself on your BBQ but the only thing they really did "wrong" was swindle the government out of some pocket change.

Kathleen Allmond also made a necklace with a portion of her mother's skull, which she wore around her neck, Hosler said. She posted a photograph of herself wearing the necklace on her MySpace page, he said

How sweet...

It's not known if they used it after the alleged cremation.
My favourite part.

Yeah. Ranks high on the creep-o-meter but really it's just some mild fraud in terms of legal infractions.
