I guess one could assume its been enhanced. Certainly the blues have. But then again, high res photos do bring out the colors. Atmospheric conditions would have to be in your favour too.
They do use high-resolution 8-band multispectral imagery from their WorldView-2 satellite. Probably a bit better than normal eye sight or digital cameras.
