The gf bought a Wii, and I am trying to decide on what games to buy first. Anyone have strong opinion for/against any of these?
Paper Mario (N64)
Punch-Out (NES)
Samurai Showdown (1 or 2)
Super Castlevania IV (SNES)
Super Mario Bros. 3 (NES)
Dr. Mario (NES?)
others? |

Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time
Super Mario 64
Kirby Crystal Shards
Yoshi Story
MegaMan II or 9
Also, if you are going to go down the piracy route (it's pretty easy), I can help you out...

As also recommend above, Super Mario 64 is an amazing game.
Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time is alright too, but being that I played Twilight Princess first, I couldn't get into it as much.

For sure there the standards but I'm always looking for games that I've played.
1943
RC Pro Am
Skate or Die
TMNT Arcade (the 2nd one,...the 1st is too hard)
There are others that aren't coming to mind yet.
Games that they just don't have as "legal" downloads on the Wii Shop Channel. |

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (Simply put, best game of all time)
The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past |

The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past | That's true, but we all know the likelihood of someone in the game emulator circles stopping with all the titles they happen to already own in another format
edit*
ironically, every game I listed (save warrio's woods) is one I still have a copy of from an earlier console. I take it all back. |
