Big eaters!!! Unite!

So... I eat a lot. And I'm still a skinny dude, my 14yr old metabolism might help but there is got to be more that that. I am real athletic but still I eat way more than people 3 times my size can.

Like tonight my dinner was: 2 double cheese burgers, 2 Mcdonalds apple pies, a large coke, 4 slices of deep dish pizza and I am still kinda hungry. See I can eat 2 footlong (meatball, not the other wimpy ones) subway subs and a medium coke when most kids my age can barley finish a footlong, much less a coke.

Who else eats like crazy? Big or skinny?

I can be a big eater. Really depends for me. Sometimes I can barely finish a footlong sub (Although that's an epic fully loaded turkey/bacon and not one of those wimpy meatball subs ), sometimes I can eat 4 burgers and a hotdog and side dishes with each no problem.

I used to be like that. It didn't catch up to me until I was around 35. Then my metabolism slowed down and forgot to tell my appetite. I gotta watch it now.

That'll end soon haha. I was the same way through my teens, but now if I eat like that, I'll gain weight super fast.

It just doesn't have to be junk food! I can take on 3 heads of lettuce, 25 carrots (normal size), and 6 beets.

Sounds strange but me and a friend had a bet that if I could eat all of it he would pay for it.... guess who didn't have to pay!!!!?

Used to be the same way when I was younger....everything fried and lots of soda. People used to watch me, laugh, and tell me to enjoy it while I was young.

....they were right. When your metabolism catches up (and it will) you will have to seriously adjust your diet. You can still eat more than you should while you are young, but don't make it garbage foods that are high in cholesterol and calories.

Eat lots of fruit and whole grains....and drink your weight in water. As you progress in life you should get annual blood/fitness tests.....with a bad diet you will see your cholesterol rise, and it can get to a point where you risk heart trouble.

(and yes.....I do miss the food's I once ate....I just had to learn moderation, exercise, and the benefit of one "cheat" meal a week)

As others have said, the way you're going you will end up with big health problems sooner rather than later.

Still, on the bright side it will solve any problems naming any group you're in....just call it...

Yeah, that's even more reason to start trying to at least lessen the amount of junk food you're eating now....will make it easier in the long run.

Trust me...it's no fun when you feel fine, but then a nurse gets your blood-work back and tells you that you need to start eating twigs and grass immediately!
