With a title like that from Maki, one can never really be sure what to expect.

i thought those were doorknobs in the first picture. i thought someone was using some sort of improvised weapon, but then i was relieved when i scrolled down some more.

...but then i remembered when i took the training wheels, way back when. i was riding perfectly... then right into a freakin' mailbox. don't quite remember, but i think it hit me clear off of my bike.

...yeah, so hopefully that won't happen to maki jr.

This post has made me reflect a little bit.....

I was the kid that never wanted training wheels, so I'd always try to ride "big kid" bikes and always crash. Got it down after a couple of months.

Says a lot about my character now. I hate taking a new song slowly so that I can perfect it. Hmm.....

I remember the day I got rid of the training wheels. Man how fast the time passed by.

By the way,I always wanted a daughter, but if he'd be as cute as your's I'd like a son too.

The day my dad took the training wheels off my bike is the day I plowed right into the stone wall fence.

I think he still has a piccie.

My first day behind the wheel of the go-cart my dad built, I almost run stright into our vw rabbit.

Hmmm.

Awesome news, man. At that age, riding free of assistance for the first time is the most amazing thing ever. Congrats.
