They had a cool graph on the news this morning:
Bill Gates turned a theoretical $10,000 investment in Microsoft into $7,300,000 and his successor Steve Ballmer has turned a theoretical $10,000 investment into $4,300 based on stock performance during their respective tenures as CEO's.

Big difference.

$10,000=$7,300,000
$10,000=$4,300
