They're different. | That sounds fair enough - but if it's about interesting scientific stuff, perhaps you could have worded the OP a little more carefully so that people totally understood that from the start of the thread? (And maybe left the robot unicorn thing out, or put it somewhere else. It doesn't really fit in with the "interesting scientific stuff" idea, imo.)
Be creative and use your individuality to add something different to the forum. There's way too much random nonsense crap in OT already, so if you want to avoid adding to it be clear on what your threads are all about and rise above the level of the general rubbish that OT gets stuffed to the gunnels with. Dumbing down to pander to the lowest common denominator in order to get mass acceptance here is a trap many have fallen into... and it usually ends badly...
Just an honest suggestion. Apologies for being flippant with my previous post.

Anywho, I believe you're right, BassyBill.. but I felt the Robot Unicorn attack was indeed ridiculous and "bizarre" as the name implies.. ( and it IS a robot. Lol) and I figured it'd be good for a laugh if not anything else. Hee hee. Just trying to share the laughter and make everybody a little happier!!
I'm in a damn good mood, and really.. I don't care what people take from this. I just see a lot of threads started here with interesting stuff, bizarre stuff, neat stuff.. etc.. and I figured I could offer a place to put it all in to, if people so choose. I think you guys need to lighten up a bit and smile. ^_^
