Also, the forums on Crackberrry.com are pretty thorough. I hit them up whenever I have a question...

Battery pull has worked for any problem that I have ever had with my crackberry, and mine is a nice glitchy model. I have the first generation flipberry, and they have a few problems, but I still love it.

I notice the bberry tour is not great at making the user aware that an application is running but in background. Make sure the Video app is not running in the bg. Douobt they can run at same time.

Also, do you have a media card in it for storing pictures? (SD card...mine is 8GB)

Similar stuff happens with GPS when the other app is still running. Hold the button to the left of the trackball down for a second or more and you get a horizontal scrolling toolbar comes up. See if there is an app running that would be tying up the camera as a resource, like in my GPS case.

I get that message on my Storm sometimes.

With the Storm, I usually just want to smash it on the ground, then hit it with a sledgehammer, then throw it in a bucket of kerosene and light it on fire, then atomize the charred remains in my Slap-Chop.

But I usually just do the battery yank.

I hate that phone to the deepest fathoms of my soul. If it didn't belong to my employer, I would have destroyed it months ago.

Wi-fi has been the only thing missing from most BBs! I wish my Curve had it!

lol @ "Slap Chop" hahahahhahahhahaha

It seems the first fix with BBs is too remove the battery. Not sure why but it has always worked for me. (touch wood)
