My wife suggests that we build 2 walls. One on the border, one 10 miles inside our country. No one would have ANY reason to be in the middle zone within our country so they will be shot accordingly. The only reason that they would be there would be illegal entry, no sob story, no nothing, no friendly carpool with a free bottle of water that I paid for back across so that they can try again. Everyone would know about it so ignorance is not an option of defense. I have a zero tolerance policy. I'm sick of paying for others. The facts below make me want to vomit.

If you don't have a problem with the below, fine, you pay for them. The word illegal apparently means nothing.

1. 40% of all workers in L. A. County ( L. A. County has 10.2 million people)are working for cash and not paying taxes. This is because they are predominantly illegal immigrants working without a green card.

2. 95% of warrants for murder in Los Angeles are for illegal aliens.
3. 75% of people on the most wanted list in Los Angeles are illegal aliens.
4. Over 2/3 of all births in Los Angeles County are to illegal alien Mexicans on Medi-Cal , whose births were paid for by taxpayers.
5. Nearly 35% of all inmates in California detention centers are Mexican nationals here illegally
6. Over 300,000 illegal aliens in Los Angeles County are living in garages.
7. The FBI reports half of all gang members in Los Angeles are most likely illegal aliens from south of the border.
8. Nearly 60% of all occupants of HUD properties are illegal.
9. 21 radio stations in L. A. are Spanish speaking.
10. In L.A. County 5.1 million people speak English, 3.9 million speak Spanish.

Less than 2% of illegal aliens are picking our crops, but 29% are on welfare. Over 70% of the United States' annual population growth (and over 90% of California, Florida , and New York) results from immigration. 29% of inmates in federal prisons are illegal aliens.

Actually, I was going to remove 9 and 10 as you play (radio stations) to your audience so I don't mind the stations nor that the language is known AS LONG AS English is also known. I speak both, and I learned the language in school back east, not here.

I didn't want to disturb the actual article as it was printed and make it look like my own.

With all honesty, I have nothing against any culture, just the financial drain and economic bloodletting of the illegal part of it and our basic acceptance as "oh well."

You can't really blame point number 1 on immigrants. You should be blaming people who employ them.

If no one was willing to employ them, like what is supposed to happen. Then there'd be less people coming over.

actually to be fair, both borders should be closed, even though Hispanics make up probably 75% of our countries illegal immigrants. anyone caught in our country that is illegal should be shot on sight. our laws and benefits are for our citizens if your not supposed to be there you have no rights.

This whole illegal immigrant thing is nothing more than a scapegoat. The economy is tanking, and America is looking for someone to blame. Rather than looking at ourselves, though, we decide to pass the buck onto the most convenient target. The same arguments came up in the 1800s, too.

While the death fence would work in theory, it doesn't address the illegals that are already here. We need to find a way to punish employers and get rid of illegal workers without destroying the economy. Many say that's not possible. We're effed and we did it to ourselves by turning a blind eye and not enforcing sooner.

I'm pretty sure Sheriff Joe out in Phoenix would be more than happy to donate his inmates to help build that wall too
