Bit overdue, would have liked this yesterday or the day before. Still, I'm not complaining. Happy holiday season y'all |

| | | | I wouldn't say we had a blizzard last night ...but I was asleep so I don't know how bad it was during the storm .
Woke up to aboot 8" of really wet heavy snow .
Worked all day 40 feet in the air on a flat roof . I'll sleep good tonight after all the walking and climbing. The wind was killer ,blew all day long and we had zero windblocks .
Got to go north tomorrow and repair a chiller . They got a foot . The plan is to dig it out and complete repairs. Kinda ironic fixing an air conditioner (for cooling ) in this weather .
To me it just appears as a normal winter snow . I feel the media and the weather service does create a lot of hype . That's not a good thing ,I don't even get out of bed anymore when the tornado sirens go off . The blizzard warning had me concerned only for the fact I have outdoor projects at work to complete before years end... |

Not fun in the girlfriend's PT Cruiser, but we kept it between the ditches. Did almost get run off the road by a semi, who blared his air horn at us to top it off. Got the plate number and the name of the company, we'll be making a call tomorrow. | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | |
