Yeah, but it won't be for a blog!

This is from someone also doing the PhD right now. I'm actually off to Thai food with my Dissy chair. Should be fun.

Good luck and Cheers!

Just finished mine in aerospace engineering a few months ago after 10 years of starts and stops. I hope you finish your's a lot faster than I did mine! It is a good feeling to be done and as a co-worker said to me when I was getting down about ever finishing and not sure I had the motivation, "They can take your job, your income, lots of things, but not your PhD, that's an accomplishment you will have forever." Oh yeah, finish *before* you have kids, I learned that one the hard way.

Awesome, sounds interesting, I'll surely subscribe.

However, I must ask: what are you getting your PhD in?

I wish blogging had been around when I did my Ph.D. Sounds like a cool idea. Good luck!

I've started and forgotten about more blogs than I care to remember.

My advice: Don't blog about your job. It can do nothing but detract from a professional image.
