Some years back, I took the wife for a weekend at the ocean.

Waves come in, waves go out...all freakin' day long. I ate some cheese so that I wouldn't go berserk.

What the hell was I thinking?

Volunteering right now. Handing out doughnuts at a blood donor clinic. Gangs and gangs of fun.

What is her technique for getting you to do it?

You have to move out & they need to have a 1st date come by for the 1st time.

That usually does it. Unless, your roommate is a slovenly, unemployed, do-nothing.

Then, I'd suggest you just move out anyway.

That wasn't very boring but, I have noticed that the pillows at most cheap motels are very flat & offer no support or comfort whatsoever.

I cant answer that, but I do have a totally clueless, socially awkward room mate that needs hints. He likes to use a brown grocery bag to put recyclables in, but never used to empty it. I started drawing a map of the property in sharpie on the bag with arrows pointing to the 90 gallon bins the city picks up. It worked, but I had to say something about it two times and put it in front of his food in one of the pantry's. Hasn't been a problem since.

Befoul the chamber and lock them in with cleaning products. Should do the trick.

I just swept the floor. In a couple of days, I might sweep it again, and perhaps even mop it as well. I might clean the dunny tomorrow as well.
