Beef rump roast + little bit of vinnegar, red pepper flakes, Tabasco, and Tabasco Ketchup, at about 200 degrees for three hours = Heaven.

I make deer roast, pork shoulder butt, beef, etc, but I go 10+ hours on some of them to get that nice soft easy shred.
beer, maple syrup, cayenne, cumin, cinammon, garlic.....ah, smell it now. |
