Yep. I'd also wager that the trashy Daily Mail made a special effort to ignore other aspects of the case in order to put up that headline. Why anyone reads it is beyond me.

I actually read this first on Huffington Post and it basically had the same story. I put the link to Daily Mail because they had the mugshots.
