Breakfast

Some folks say this is the most important meal of the day, but often it gets less attention and effort than lunch or dinner.

So, what do you guys get for breakfast? Eat at home, or on the way to work? Big cooked breakfast, or a quick snack? Something every day without fail, or sometimes skipped? Et cetera...

Any and all aspects of your morning breakfast routine is what I'm interested to hear.

i vary between full cooked eggs, bacon, hash browns, etc., egg and sausage and cheese sandwiches, and a simple bowl of cereal depending on the time of the year.

Usually cereal, unless I'm at work, in which case a 5 course buffet.

It's often my biggest meal of the day. Very often oatmeal and some eggs (bodybuilder breakfast).

i used to eat out ....

for the last few years I refuse to ...

Eggs , cereal , meat of any kind, fruit, yogurt.

I'll sometimes eat leftover supper for breakfast .

Cannot do oatmeal , its texture reminds me of brains, makes me gag uncontrollably.

Yes , people around here eat brains..( gagging )

Same here. Big bowl of Oatmeal, 3/4 eggs, litre of milk and maybe a whey protein shake.

Although, I can't really eat much in the morning, I just can't handle it. If I have the time I'll have what's mentioned above, but if I'm rushing(more often than not)I'll just have a protein shake with some cocoa and wait about an hour or two before having something big.

always coffee... but generally eat something too. If off from work, I cook. If working I grab something here (we have a full service cafeteria).

I very rarely eat breakfast. I really should, but I cherish my sleep too much to get up earlier to make something. This AM I did make a quick pulled pork burrito from leftovers from dinner a few nights ago. That and a Diet Coke. Breakfast o' champions right there.

For the few months before I moved back home from Denver, my ex was on a serious health kick, and we drastically altered our eating habits. I lost a good deal of tonnage and certainly felt better. Unfortunately, since my return and the lack of her nagging (I mean, ummm... motivation), I have fallen back into the same poor eating habits, and have gained some of that weight back.

English Muffin with Butter and a Cup of Coffee. I usually take a cup to go on the way to work. If I have time when I get to work I'll grab a fresh bear claw.

Based upon that picture of your @$$ you sent me, I can attest that is indeed your @$$ making your @$$ look fat. It was so fat that my sexy 19 year old Japanese exchange student didn't think it was real.

As far as breakfast goes, I struggle just to get my coffee in the morning. If I eat breakfast it's usually after a surf session and it's the only meal I'll eat all day.

Hit or miss for me. I totally dig the big sit down breakfast....as long as someone else makes it for me. I don't normally have the energy or patience to cook like that when I first get up.

A toasted bagel with cream cheese and coffee usually. I also love a big sit down breakfast once in awhile .. in a restaurant .. where they make it to my liking.

I have a cafe (that's diner to you US dudes) about 50 yards from my house. I never cook breakfast at home, I just go there maybe once a week. I like a good breakfast on a Saturday morning especially.

Most of the working week, breakfast is several mugs of tea and a few cigarettes while I answer emails.
