Some chicken apple sausage and the world's greatest pancakes (verified by several skeptical friends and ex-girlfriends) are a beautiful way to start a Sunday.
Or a homemade breakfast burrito with eggs, potatos, cheese and chorizo.

I stopped at Jack-In-The-Box this morning on the way to work, and ordered a sausage and egg biscuit. That's SAUSAGE AND EGG, mind you.
I received the bag from the helpful non-English-speaking associate, and continued on my way. Once mired in deadly Houston traffic on Interstate 10, I reached into the bag and pulled out...some kind of mystery meat plus a slab of egg on a hamburger bun (I think they call it a "Breakfast Jack").
So, since I'm apparently not allowed by corporate America to even HAVE any sausage when I ask for it...**** on it.
