...blah, blah, blah, blah...

No team that lost their last three regular season games has ever won the Super Bowl...no team that has ever lost to Tampa Bay has ever won the Super Bowl...

...I can go on and on...Drew has dealt with this crap, he's even come out and said he isn't bothered by this stupidity.

Bet he sets more records this year, and all of 'em good ones.

So did every other guy who was placed on the cover, and then promptly went out and got hurt in the ensuing season.

I hope it doesn't happen.

Not accurate.

Last year, TWO players were on the cover, only one got injured and had a sub-par season. Larry Fitzgerald had a banner year in AZ.

Curses are horse crap.

Curses based on VIDEOGAMES are maggots feeding on horse crap.

The Madden series is one of the most popular gaming series of all time. In fact, EA's exclusivity deal means Madden is the only game allowed to use NFL players in it nowadays.

Also, a little reading: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Madden_curse#Madden_Curse

I didn't have my glasses on when I glanced at the title of this thread and I thought it said 'Bees cover Iron Maiden Song'.

For reals. I mean, he took the Saints to the Super Bowl...and WON! The Madden curse is nothing compared to that. WHO DAT!

I dunno.. he had an "off year" compared to the previous 2 maybe but he was still pretty damn good and got the saints to the playoffs. The seahawks loss was more to do with an epic defensive fail than anything else..

This is always the thing with unprovable concepts like "curses" you can shape them to whatever fits.

Shush. Just you wait till EA puts Lady Brady on the cover and you'll see.

A Seahawks team with a losing record for that matter.

31-6, we beat you in your house too, and we're both watching the game on our couches.

Point?

At least we beat the browns.
