To brush, or not to brush?

My never answered, still bothering me question.

When using an electric tooth brush, do you just slowly glide it over your teeth and let it do the work, and brush like a normal tooth brush?

Is there a correct way? Opinion? Scientifically proven data?

I personally dont have an opinion. This has totally stumped me.

My tooth brushing servant attends to those details - sorry - I will ask her tonight when she is brushing them what technique she recommends.

Here's another one:

How much mouthwash are you supposed to use? The label says 20mL, but personally I don't have the patience to walk down to the lab and use a graduated cylinder to measure it out. So for now, I just use half of the bottle cap (Listerine). Should I use more? Less?

it's called something as simple as reading the directions...then you go and say you can't read.

do you load up your car for wherever you're going and push it all around town? LOL

When TB is looked up in any dictionary, it detours you to sarcasm,

I have come to learn this over the past year.
