Buddy/Ignore list

I just found out about this feature so I added myself as a buddy. Flutteryay!
Okay... maybe that's a little sad.

Then, when I tried to add myself to my ignore list, the following error message came up: "We can't help you ignore yourself." oh well

Apart from me mentioning these, this thread serves no other purpose.

Of course I do. It provides the same satisfaction as high-fiving myself.

I almost started a thread about this last week.

I've only been active since March and have no enemies I'm aware of, but I can't imagine I'd ever add anyone to the 'ignore' list.

Has anyone else?

Thanks, Darren- I don't mean to derail here, btw.

I've only ever added two people to my ignore list, and that was simply due to them constantly expressing opinions about quite provocative subjects. I did it simply to avoid letting myself start a fight.

I've since removed everyone, and am back to an empty ignore list.

I've never been bothered enough by anyone here for me to put them on my ignore list. I've had a few characters come close, but there's no one here that I outright dislike or refuse to "listen" to.
Not sure if I'm on anyone's ignore list. Wouldn't really bother me if that was the case. Their loss

I have, it's no fun when people resort to name calling and threats merely because they don't share your opinion.

Ha, no its not you. We may have different opinions/views on things, but thats cool. I can respect that.
What I can't tolerate are people who like to argue with essentially every post I make, just for the sake of arguing.
Consequently, I havenet seen that person around lately. I dont know if its because Ive ignored them and Im just not seeing their posts, or if theyve just gone away.

I think the whole "ignore" thing is kind of silly, in my opinion.

I enjoy reading the opinions I vehemently disagree with as much as I like reading about the agreeing vantage points. When it resorts to name calling and immature jabs, I enjoy it even more!
