Amazingly simple. The galleries were made in Photoshop Lightroom, the rest is incredibly basic HTML. Any text editor will allow you to do this quickly and easily.

Yea, what the other guys said, that'd probably take me about 15-20 minutes to knock up the template, then after that it's cake.
