I've been trying to get a couple of unfinished cabinets for a weird " dead spot" in my kitchen. It's 45" wide x 19" deep. This shallow depth makes standard kitchen base cabinets too deep. I was looking at bath vanities (I'll just make a kitchen counter for the top instead of a sink) because I can get an 18" depth. Unfortunately, all of the ones I've seen were extra fancy and cost 500+ dollars. I'm trying to do this on the cheap. I'm tired of looking at the crappy butcher block cart thing that's there now!
Anyone know of some online store or something that makes cabinets that i can finish myself? Or maybe you have a new idea? I'm ok with woodworking, but don't have to tools to build my own. I've been Googling for days now and can't find anything.
