sliced Tillamook cheddar
sliced mozarella
Red pepper flakes
Fried pineapple, banana & onion(!)
...wasn't bad, really- next time, no bananas; Canadian bacon instead. Pineapple & onion, though- yeppers.

@Absentia: I did.  It really wasn't bad, either- next time I'll skip the bananas & go Canadian bacon as per plan A.
