I'm not in the market for anything remotely like that right now, so I have no basis to know how they should be priced. Offer what's fair to you (based on the little information you have). If he doesn't like it, go shop elsewhere. If you aren't willing to take the gamble on the purchase sight-unseen, don't make an offer.

I would never buy rims(especially used, dinged up, curb hit, can't lowball ones) that are a thousand miles away. I thought the ad was a joke at first! |
