Beggars can't be choosers my friend. I'd be over the moon if I needed a bass on short notice and someone offered to lend me any bass by those brands.

Your bass is broke? What specifically is broken?

Maybe as the show grows closer he will lower his standards |

I'll repost what I said, I may have not been too clear. I have another friend's Yamaha that I can use if I have to, I just don't like it all that much. (although it's a great quality instrument)
So basically, I have one I can use and mine COULD be repaired, but I'm in the market for a new bass anyway so I'd like to ulitmately buy one or test drive one that I would be buying.
I list those other brands as not for me because I have not liked any of the ones that I have ever tried for various reasons, and the Yamaha that I can borrow I would like better. |
