^ Yes Mike Watt does play for him. Even better, if you ever get the chance, check out Hellride. It's Watt and Perkins with the guitarist from Porno for Pyros doing nothing but stooges songs. Great stuff.

I'll check 'em out. I cought two minutes of the rock n roll hall of fame induction ceramony the other night. Iggy and co were doing a number for madonna I think. The bass player was killin' though. Good stuff.

I recently saw an interview with David Johansson and Sylvain Sylvain from the NY Dolls. Johansson has aged about as gracefully as Iggy Sylvain looked great. It was good to see them performing again, even if half the band is gone

I saw Iggy live for the first time in 1971. It was amazing to me he survived that show!

Happy Birthday Iggy.

I have only just got into his music, having bought Lust For Life and been completely blown away. The Idiot is also pretty cool. I have yet to look at any of the Stooges stuff, but I hear Raw Power might be the place to start?
