Candles?

Opinions on candles? Scented candles?

I love candles, and some scented ones, depending on the smell.

Now I'd love to see gasoline scented ones, and sawdust too. Call them mandles.

"New Bass" would be a great candle scent. Much better than "Week old Bass".

I always avoid the shelves with scented candles in shops, I get headache from the massive wall of different scents. Anyway, I like some of those. Just not 100 different smells at a time 100 times stronger than they should be...

I would never buy a candle that smelled like gasoline or oil. Sawdust maybe, beer only as a prank gift for a friend.

I don't need to be into candles. My wife and daughter are They even get candles of the month I don't mind them. We have 6 methane producing dogs I burn them sometimes in my shop after I work with stinky materials.

I have engaged in certain adult behaviors of an intimate nature by the light of candle, it added greatly to the expirence. In my past life we lit candles at all liturgical events those candles didint do as much for me as the first cited expirence.

Better yet, "vintage bass" - the smell of opening the case of a 60's Fender. Old nitro lacquer is very distinctive.

Candles are not uncommon in my house.

As long as you're not talking about vintage fish, I'm in!

I used to work here...

www.alittlelight.com.au

A small business run by a friend. She makes everything by hand, pouring in molds, carving, etc. Was a cool job. Never really thought much about candles before I worked there but I like them a lot.
