i am a spaz

just twisted my elbow quite badly playing air drums to mastodon in my flat

thing is it's swollen up a bit and hurts like hell, must be poor technique

don't suppose anyone else has had this problem...?

Nope, but a spastic friend poked himself in the eye and had to go to the hospital for waving at someone else. Nothing in his hands either, he poked himself in the eye hard enough to scratch his cornea.

Naw, you're just a metalhead. I play some wicked air bass in the car, twisted my back once...
