-more sleeping pills
-run into a brick wall
-even more sleeping pills
(seriously though, 22 hours of no sleep is NOT healthy at all. Getting off TB is the first step.
second step is sleeping pills)

I study neurosciences so I'm not bsing. I suggest reading something heavy could help. Something hard to understand that isn't particularly interesting :P.

It doesn't take me long to calm my mind and slip away. The color blue is known to be relaxing and is used in many ways to calm people.
