Sorry if this is political mods...shut'er down if necessary. I was checking out the on line documentation for this program. At first I was very excited to possibly getting rid of my dying mini van for something new with the aid of this legislation. However after checking further I found that there are no newer more fuel efficient mini vans to haul me and the wife and four kids. Maybe I need to trade off a couple of kids while I'm there at the dealership. Have they forgotten that a lot of couples have more than two and a half kids that could fit into a Prius or something?
