On another forum I post on, we have the "Celebrate Yourself Here" thread, where a poster can write about things that are worth celebrating in his or her life. I like the concept, so I brought it over to TB. Let's get celebratory!
There's this girl that I like a lot, and I think she likes me too. This could go places. Another positive is that her parents LOVE me.

Uh, I'm starting a chapter of a Christian brotherhood (fraternity...) at Texas A&M. Hopefully that turns out.
God's revealing things each and every day, I swear.
And good job man. Keep it up. |

It's a oldtimey Jug Band. We'll performing regularly live on "The Roadhouse" show on KEXP (broadcasts in Seattle and NYC markets, as well as online) and most likely any KEXP-sponsored events (we're playing the KEXP BBQ in August, which has Dandy Warhols and Helio Squenece as headliners). http://blog.kexp.org/blog/?p=6247

I can't believe I let it go for that long - always missed it and now it feels like I have come home.
I now have 5 Basses and a rig worthy of gigging with.
My goal is to get back to where I once belonged and to better than I ever was.

Tomorrow will be a great day for me! Band practice, new amp head, tracking number, and I'll be throwing something on the grill to cap off the evening.
I'm also pretty excited for college. Life certainly is great these days. |

| | Craftsman | | Join Date: Mar 2006 Location: Fort Montgomery, NY | | I'm about to be 21... I've spent a year at college studying music theory, a year in Phoenix, Arizona learning how to build guitars, and the last year working for the foremost archtop guitar builder in the world.
Now I'm about to go home, I'll be around my family (especially my new little niece ) and plan on going back to college. College will be awesome. And there is a possibility I will be able to work with another of the leading archtop builders while I'm home.
Oh... and I've lost 35 pounds since Christmas and I'm in the best shape of my life.

Only caveat? Debt.
