As for this tour, if the first show goes this poorly, imagine how quickly it's going to turn into an even bigger trainwreck. Charlie may have gotten some quick cash from those people in Detroit but he's playing the short con... trying to rake in as much as he can quickly before he crashes and burns in the very near future. Alienating anyone with taste or common sense or decency isn't the best long-term career strategy.
Oh, and the whole premise is just a ripoff of Conan O'Brien who, by the way, has good material and a fanbase that consists of people other than morbidly curious onlookers. CONAN FTW. |
