For those who bake and/or enjoy baked goods:

What Christmas Cookies do you make or enjoy this holiday season? We're looking for a new recipe to add to our repertoire this year.

Please provide recipes if possible

I don't have the recipe handy, but look up a recipe for chocolate cookies, wrap some of the dough around a Rollo (unwrapped, of course) and bake them. Caramel filled cookies, simple yet unexpected.

I'll be back! We spent last Saturday at my mother-in-laws making many dozens of Christmas cookies. They are quite the tradition with my wife's family, but I too think they rock! Just sugar cookies really, but they are GOOD!
