Christmas shopping and stuff... HUMBUG!!

One of my girly friends just told me she's stressed out because she hasn't wrapped all of her presents yet!!!!

Why do some otherwise rational people go clinically insane at Christmas? Shopping, wrapping presents and other stuff should be done on the 24th, and not before under any circumstances. Christmas is a big enough PITA as it is without taking up weeks or months of your life before the event.

I do my shopping the 23rd, wrap the presents in layers of walmart/Braums bags and duct tape the next day, and call it good. Then again, I'm 17 and from Oklahoma.

Buy from Amazon. Pay a few extra bucks to have them gift wrap each gift. They ship right to your front door. Done.

I buy stuff over several days and wrap it in newspaper on Christmas eve after everyone goes to bed. No sense in using nice Christmas paper for 12 hours of wrapped-ness.
