I also beleive that is why he wasn't given the washer. I don't support the death penalty, but I feel bad for the people of Minnesota for having to feed his stupid @$$.

Careless meant that he may not have meant to hit the infant, but due to his carelessness, he did. I could have said "Evil" or "meanness" or whatever.I figured it wasn't hard to get what I was saying. I mean, isn't is self-evident that you don't just go around hitting people with a bat because you didn't get the appliance you wanted? I would think that is like saying it's bad to kill people. It's considered "wrong" in USA to attack anyone. You are allowed to use self-defense, but not allowed to attack people.

Unlike Dr. Cheese I am in favor of the death penalty, and doubly so when it involves crimes against children. Hopefully by the time this guy sees freedom again he'll be too old to cause anyone any serious injury (but personally I'd just as soon have it so that he gets carried out if you get my drift).
