The classifieds section on TB is insane!

I can't believe how fast gear sells on this forum. 95% of the people I've contacted for parts and amps reply with "sorry, this is sold!" I'm going to have to keep my eyes peeled much better!

Lots of stuff moves fast, so if you are looking for something specific, keep your eyes out. I have sold some stuff in minutes, but some stuff has taken a few weeks. Check several times a day if you are searching for something.

yeah the problem is a lot of stuff youre looking at , especially if you do a specific word search, may pull 4 pages worth of stuff and all of it is sold and 3 1/2 pages have been sold for a LOOOOONNNNGGGG time. but it dosent really get cleaned up so what may be the second post in a "search" is probably on page 30 of regular surfing. an efficent means of getting the classys cleaned up and get rid of all the SOLD stuff would make it a much more useful space.

people should start learning how to close threads or properly let people know the item is no longer for sale. im messaged people whos stuff has been gone for 6 months but they never closed the thread or even listed it as sold, they just abandoned it and that creates clutter and just plain sucks

Whereabouts? I lived right off of Nałkowskich (sp?) in one of those big blocky buildings. Nice flats but they were tiny! I have not been back there for a few years now and I miss it....

Wow, that's great!

My place is right near the Stare Miasto on Jana Hempla. Love that area and country!

I love the Stare Miasto there too, great great place. I had many a crazy party within those city walls! There used to be a bar/club that we would hang out at all the time, but for the life of me I cant remember the name. It was literally in this old stone claustrophobia-inducing basement. It wasn't too long a walk from the big church near the city gate.
Mowisz po Polsku? Teraz, ja mowie tylko troche po Polsku... it's just been too long, I've forgotten too much!

Likewise on the partying! I really tend to let loose when I go over there. There's a ton of underground hang outs all over that area. They get really interesting when they're packed in the summertime and their lack of air conditioning!

Jestem tu rodzonny ale mowie po Polsku! Pozdrawiam!

Summertime is the best in those clubs with all those hot gals dressed to kill and stuffed like sardines pressed up against you... It was a great place and time to be young, nuts and single!
Oh yes, do I ever have some lovely memories!

If I went back to some of those same clubs now, I'd probably be thinking about fire-codes and maximum capacities and whatnot... no, I'm lying I'd still be looking a the girls

I'm thinking about putting all my instruments and gear in the classifieds. I've moved in to an area where music doesn't happen.
