That's why there was no Colbert Report since August 14. He's better now, here's the replay of last night's live episode. He barely has his voice.

I love watching the Colbert Report given my strong dislike for politics since Stephen disses all the parties and all the nominees.

I wish he'd go back to The Daily Show-Colbert Report gets old, the character gets old, the interviews are mostly debacles... the list goes on.

His problem is that he's forced to be in character 100% of the time, and the character is such a closed-minded twit that it really doesn't mesh well with, I'd wager, 85% of his guests. Lots of interesting conversation has never materialized because Stephen Colbert (the man) stays firmly behind Stephen Colbert (the character)

+1, in the beginning I thought that this would be the downfall of the show, but it's still going strong, and I'm still watching. Go figure.

I love the part when Stephen asks Geddy this question...

"Who are your influences?... You guys have been known for some long songs... do you have have a song so long and epic that by the end, you, yourself, in the beginning of the song, became your own influence?"

He's kept it up far longer than I thought was possible.
A brilliant performer.

Did you just use could directly after would? Word up for innovation...

He's not as funny as bill o'reilly. Granted Colbert also doesn't make me want to vomit during the show..

Last nights episode with the repo man had me laughing my ass off.

Now, The Daily Show, on the other hand, is very funny.
