Running windows vista...

I see my recycling bin is full of old porn or somethingg so i right click it and go to press empty recycling bin. before i see that choice i see delete, which triggers my brain to think it will delete the content of it, but no. now my recycling bin has vanished...

How do i get it back?

You prolly just deleted the shortcut to the bin, Look through the C: drive for it.

Yeah, you just deleted the short cut, which you can easily restore.

Fortunately, everything you delete goes to the recycle bin for temporary storage before permanent deletion and all you need to do is open the recycle bin and find what you accidentally deleted and then click restore to bring it back.

Now what was it you accidentally deleted again...........?

Easy fix!

Get the Delorean started and fire up the flux capacitor. Go back to the time just before you clicked "delete" and click something else.

Or try system restore.
Which ever is easiest.

Not sure if this works on deleted stuff though.

You may be able to run a system repair off the Vista disk too.

I'm just guessing. I really don't know what the hell I'm talking about.

Right click the desktop and go to "Personalize". On the left of the window that pops up, look for the "Change Desktop Icons" option, then check the Recycle Bin checkbox. I've deleted my bin by accident so many times already.
