I can't say I agree with company practices, but I LOVE the footwear!

A terror tactic...but no tennis shoes involved.

Does anyone else remember that the mountain man made famous by the movie Jeremiah Johnson was actually John Johnson, called "Liver-Eating Johnson" by the Crow tribe with which he had a long-standing feud? To help create fear, Johnson would actually remove the liver from a dead enemy and take a bite out of it.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liver-Eating_Johnson

Johnson was also reputed to be able to kick harder than just about any other human. He used this as a weapon in hand to hand fighting.

The mountain men were not fastidious about such things. This is a latter-day terrorist-oriented implementation of the same psychological ploy. I don't approve of it, but it's not something new under the sun.

These kinds of stories always make me wonder what people taste like.

Let me just be the first to say that I'd much rather dine with MAJOR METAL than with President Taylor.

I never understood why it's illegal to eat people, especially in times of famine. Low heat, some dry rub, and a decent BBQ sauce....people probably wouldn't be too bad. Especially us fat lazy Americans.

hm... so would you have to cook it through completely like pork, or can I order a medium rare human?

I'm gonna go with pork, as well. I once had to smother a fire with my hands to avoid my biology teacher seeing it and that's what they smelled like after I was done.
