Wow!! My private health insurance just jumped up over another $100 a month!
Up from $585 to $715/mo! Even with a 5K deductible!
At least this heart attack will be covered! :rant rant:

I can't wait to take this Economics of Healthcare class next semester.

Thankfully the Owner of the company I work for ( www.flomore.com) pays for our health care, no matter how many kids (or wives, though that would take some convincing).
I remember when I worked at a Vocational Technical School here in Norman, OK that despite me having full coverage (dental/vision/health) for myself, it would've been another $750 for my wife.
I bet the G5 Jet that the Healthcare CEO's ride in is pretty sweet though...... |

I had to go for a full body scan because of a minor cancer. Because it the scan wasn't covered under that particular type of cancer I had to shell out 1k out of my own pocket. This is blue cross blue shield. |

If you are not under a group plan and have to pay for it yourself you get hammered. Check some online quotes.
That was the only good thing about my last job. Great coverage for me and my wife 80 buck a month as opposed to 700 a month for the two of us. |
