It used to air on adult swim. The main character was named Andy, and I think his little brother was named Steve. I might have those two names mixed up. The two brothers have blue hair, and the older one's friend has red hair. There's a really ditsy blonde and a gay bald man somewhere in the mix. I remember the art style to be really round and almost bubbly if that makes any sense at all. This has been bugging me for the past hour and I have searched all over google. No list has it anywhere! Please help!
