Cover your ears: Microsoft Songsmith is coming

Sign in to disble this ad
This is a real vid, not an Onion-type goof. I repeat, this is a real MS vid and product:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dTXG2uKNLIw

Did Microsoft intentionally make that ad weird & goofy?

People are posting some pretty funny Songsmith stuff:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8kxqMpGAL3I

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ypycp...eature=related

Some actually aren't that awful, while others are inappropriate for TB.

I've just had so many thought processes in the last six minutes or so, so I'm just going to say ok.

Lol, I think it's pretty obvious they made it like this on purpose. Not that funny, though...

a more worthwhile product for musicians would be a Repulsive-Music-Industry-Personnel-Arse(Ass)-Kisser.

Microsoft need to work on that instead.

Something tells me this isn't created to be a tool for musicians.

This HAS to be a joke...I got through about 10 seconds of that ad..then started dry heaving.

On the other hand (if it is a real thing)...good marketing by making it as corney and jokey as possible...even WE are talking about it!

Novelty items last about 3 seconds in the real world

Totally, hahaha.

And the Long Train Runnin' one could probably fool someone who hasn't heard the song already. It "fits", for lack of a better word.
