Although the other day I sold some cabinets and the lady asked me to deliver them to her house. When I got there it was just her by herself. Kind of surprised me she would agree to let me come over when she was alone and the deal was $300 for my cabinets.

I imagine if there was an email communication investigators may be able to track IP addresses and lead them to some clues at the very least. |

DISCLAIMER - I'm not suggesting this only happens in America; the same sort of stuff happens over here, too, on an all too frequent basis. Here's an example, with an almost equally ironic banner ad.
