I have to wonder what they think of us WA natives?

No I don't either hate or miss living in the city. I never lived in the city.
You're surprised I'm friendly ?
No, I'm not a Yankee. People from New England are Yankees. But that's okay, most Northern people don't know what a real Yankee is either.
You're surprised I'm not rude, crude or loud ? I can be if you want... |

I can get some of the best fried chicken going in Newark, hit the shore(our version of the ocean or Da Hai), hit the Rutgers gut trucks with their hybrid Middle Eastern exotica, catch either a multiplex hit or an indie flick and close up with a Cliffs Ice Cream (open year round). All in the same day. The next day do something equally varied and totally different.
When I was a kid one of the things to do was get home from work go out partying, hit the shore for a sun rise and then shower up and go to work. Everything was close enough that this was a doer.
In the unlikely event I ever get really wealthy I would consider moving to Manhattan or maybe Paris or Amsterdam, but the affordability factor in my present situation just adds to the appeal. |

You send all of your credit card payments to Northern Delaware, they are received, processed, and then promptly used to fund the design and manufacture of pumpkin tossing machinery in Southern Delaware.
We are all related to the Dupont family, that much is true. |
