So the CSI crime show on tonight has guest stars Rascall Flatts, and the bassist is killed onstage. The band keeps playing, of course. The band manager tells a roadie to grab a bass and go out there and play--and he is able to, with no problem. Then one of the crime scene guys is about to saw into the bass, looking for evidence, and one of the older guys stops him and says he was "about to commit a murder", and that it was a "62 Jazz bass with the original paint". Then he opens up the control cavity, and it's got a preamp with stacked pots. Anyway, the show's still on, so maybe there will be more bass humor. |

He lost his memory for a bit and his hands were numb for a bit but at the end of the show, he was back on stage. Gotta say though, that is not a good looking bunch of guys! |

| | | | What a hoot! Great greasy gruesome finger flesh burned into the strings! Guitar-topsy! Hot blond with Temple of the Bass on her wall! Attempted murder just to get on stage and play bass on one song! Talk about havin' the need!
If it's a slab and has strings, it's a "guitar", obviously. I think they called it a "bass" twice in the whole thing.
But Fender Jazz Bass worship on TV's #1 show! Yeehaw! | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | |
