A culinary question for my TB'er across the ocean "Scottish Foam" (Scotland, England)

My father in law is looking for a recipe for something he calls "Scottish Foam".

It's a dessert made by taking cream and whipping alot of air into it with some kind of fruit and/or flavoring.

It is not cranachan, I do know that, but we are trying to find a recipe for this.

Any help?

I found out is really just Cubed Jell-O mixed with Evaporated Milk but you have to REALLY whip the evap into a foam for a while.

I need to find a recipe for exact measures now.

Oh right, jelly using condensed milk.

Ill have to ask my mother, she loves it. Personally i find it way too sweet and sickly. Never heard it refered to as Scottish Foam before tho, more like a Jelly Moose.

I thought Scottish Foam was when they vomited up the beer and it had another head.

Nah, we call that American Finest, because it tastes the same as the 'beer' you guys make
