I'm surprised it's even going to court. How did he not take a plea when the evidence is so concrete?
I'm curious to see what the guy gets if convicted. I'm guessing just probation though he SHOULD do some jail time.

If the judge is a bass player, he'll probably send the thief to the gallows!!!!

Good to hear the guy that actually stole it is getting jail time. In so many of these cases they only get probation. |
