its on case-by-case basis, but i would tend to think it doesnt end well, as most relationships (dating or marriage) do not last. depending on your position/authority, it could be misconstrued.

The first time we had a very rocky relationship that included two fights at work that could have gotten both of us fired. Fortunately I left that job soon after.
Second time the relationship was good, but actually got better after I quit for a new job and we didn't see each other constantly. A little space is healthy. I've never understood married couples that work together. That would drive me nuts. |
